October 2, 2007 . Midwinter Farewell Concerts
At the end of October you have the very last chance to see us live on stage. We hope to meet as many fans and friends as possible on both of our farewell shows. We're preparing an extended performance especially for the Halloween gig in Aachen.

For security reasons we had to restructure our website internally. This is work in progress, so most links are currently only available in German. We beg your pardon.
August 31, 2007 . Time to say goodbye - Midwinter split up...
It does not come easy to write these words, but it is definite: Midwinter will dissolve!
After almost 9 years of intense band-history we have come to a point where the chemistry does not feel right any more.
Contrary ideas concerning the bands future as well as the musical concept, private interests developing into different directions and many more components can not be bound any longer within the band. We took this decision in friendly agreement.
Due to this new situation we unfortunately have to cancel our concerts in Magdeburg and Meschede, but we are looking forward to play the two farewell shows in Düsseldorf and Aachen at the end of October.
We hope to meet all of you there to enjoy the last final live moments of Midwinter. Take the chance to party with us once more.
Single band-members will engage in new projects. We will report about that later on – we're not gone!
